University General Hospital recently became the first hospital in the nation to utilize Excelyte^® as a primary disinfectant. UGH signed a comprehensive agreement to evaluate the disinfecting capabilities of Excelyte^® along with the disinfecting products currently in use in selected areas of the hospital, with the anticipation that Excelyte^® will ultimately replace all other disinfectants in all areas of the hospital.
